היחידה למחקר התרבות והתכנית למחקר תרבות הילד והנוער באוניברסיטת תל אביב מזמינות חוקרות/ים מצטיינות/ים להגיש מועמדותן/ם למשרה תקנית בבית הספר למדעי התרבות. המשרה מחייבת התמצאות בתיאוריות של מחקר התרבות ובמחקר תרבות הילד והנוער בפרט, לצד כישורי מחקר והוראה באחד או יותר מן התחומים הבאים: הגירה ומגעים בין-תרבותיים, תרבות החומר, מחקר הרגש, חקר המשפחה ותרבות היום-יום. היכולת לתרום ליותר מתחום אחד, לקחת חלק בדיאלוג מחקרי ולשתף פעולה בסביבה רב-תחומית מהווה יתרון. כמו-כן נדרשת יכולת לפיתוח תכנית מחקר, הכוללת גיוס מענקי מחקר.
על הזוכה שאינו/ה שולט/ת בעברית ללמד בעברית בתוך שלוש שנים מתחילת המינוי. המשרה פתוחה לבעלות/בעלי תואר דוקטור לפילוסופיה או מועמדות/ים שיקבלו תואר זה לפני מועד תחילת העסקתן/ם. המשרה היא תקנית ועשויה להוביל למעמד של קביעות בתום תקופת הניסיון. המשרה תאויש בבית הספר למדעי התרבות ותשרת באופן שווה את היחידה למחקר התרבות ואת התכנית ללימודי תרבות הילד והנוער.
הליכי המינוי של המועמדות/ים ייעשו בהתאם לנוהלי המינויים הנהוגים באוניברסיטה, בכפוף לאישור המוסדות האקדמיים המוסמכים ולפי שיקול דעתם. הדרגה האקדמית תיקבע על פי כישורי המועמד/ת.

Senior Academic Position in the School of Cultural Studies, Tel Aviv University
The Unit of Culture Research and the Program of Child and Youth Culture Research
The Unit of Culture Research and the Program of Child and Youth Culture Research invite excellent researchers to submit their candidacy to a tenure track position in the School of Cultural Studies.
The position requires knowledge in the theory of cultural research in general and in the study of child and youth culture in particular, alongside skills of research and of teaching in one or more of the following areas: migration and inter-cultural relations, material culture, the research of emotions, family studies and research of Everyday Life.
Contribution to a scholarly dialogue and cooperation in a multi-disciplinary field of research are an advantage. The position also requires the development of individual research projects, including obtaining research grants.
Teaching in Hebrew is required by the beginning of the third year of employment.
Candidates must have a Ph.D., or receive a Ph.D. before filling the position.
Salary and conditions will conform to Tel Aviv University regulations. Appointment procedures will be carried out according to the rules and regulations of Tel Aviv University and are subject to the approval of the University authorities. The position is effective from October 2021 and the academic rank will be determined towards the beginning of employment.
