Beckman Center Fellowships
Applications for 2021–2022/2023 are being accepted until January 25, 2021.
To apply for a Beckman Center fellowship, please use our online form. You may not apply for multiple kinds of fellowships at the same time. If you are unsure about what kind of fellowship to apply for, please write to us at fellowships@sciencehistory.org and we will advise you.
Dissertation and 80/20 postdoctoral fellowship applicants need to submit the following:
- abstract (up to 150 words)
- cover letter (up to two pages)
- research proposal (up to four pages)
- CV (up to four pages)
- one piece of sample work (e.g., a published paper, dissertation chapter, master’s thesis) preferably of not more than 10,000 words
- contact details of two referees
Short-term and distinguished fellowship applicants need to submit the following:
- abstract (up to 150 words)
- cover letter (up to one page)
- research proposal (up to three pages)
- CV (up to four pages)
- contact details of two referees
