קול קורא להגשת מועמדות עמית/ת פוסט-דוקטורט בתחום זכויות האדם
מרכז מינרבה לזכויות האדם באוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים מודיע על
מלגת פוסט-דוקטורט ע”ש וידל אנג’ל למאבק נגד שנאה, גזענות וחוסר סובלנות לשנת הלימודים תשפ”ג 2022-23
המלגה כוללת:
- מעמד של עמית/ת מחקר במרכז מינרבה לזכויות האדם באוניברסיטה העברית בשנת הלימודים תשפ”ג (אוקטובר 2022 עד ספטמבר 2023)
- מלגה חד-שנתית בסך 80,000 ש”ח
- מימון להשתתפות בכנסים בינלאומיים
תנאים לקבלת המלגה:
- המלגה מיועדת לחוקרים וחוקרות אשר קיבלו תואר דוקטור (בכל תחום הרלבנטי לזכויות האדם) מאוקטובר 2017 ואילך, או עומדים להגיש את הדוקטורט לא יאוחר ממאי 2022
- תכנית המחקר תעסוק בנושא הקשור במאבק נגד שנאה, גזענות וחוסר סובלנות
- התחייבות להשלים בתקופת המלגה מאמר לפרסום או מחקר משמעותי ולהציגו בפורום או בכנס של מרכז מינרבה לזכויות האדם, במידה ויבקש זאת המרכז
- נוכחות של מקבל/ת המלגה לפחות שלושה ימים בשבוע במרכז מינרבה לזכויות האדם באוניברסיטה העברית, ומעורבות בפעילות האקדמית השוטפת של המרכז לרבות סיוע בארגון ארועים אקדמיים
הנחיות להגשת מועמדות:
- על הבקשה לכלול:
– תכנית מחקר (בעברית ובאנגלית, עד שני עמודים כ”א ברווח וחצי) ובה תאור הנושאים שהמועמד/ת מבקש/ת לחקור בתקופת המלגה, מתודולוגיה ורלבנטיות לזכויות אדם ולמאבק נגד שנאה, גזענות וחוסר סובלנות
– תקציר הדוקטורט של המועמד/ת (בעברית ובאנגלית, עד שני עמודים כ”א ברווח וחצי)
– קורות חיים (באנגלית), לרבות פרסומים
– לפחות שני מכתבי המלצה, אחד מהם ממנחה הדוקטורט
- הגשת המועמדות תיעשה באופן מקוון, באמצעות האתר: http://hsr.huji.ac.il. על מנת להגיש מועמדות, תחילה יש ליצור חשבון באתר על פי ההנחיות המפורטות בו. לאחר מכן ניתן יהיה למצוא את מלגת הפוסט-דוקטורט ע”ש אנג’ל תחת: “Cross-Faculty Applications” – “Special Programs”

Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Human Rights
The Minerva Center for Human Rights at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem announces its Vidal Angel Post-Doctoral Fellowship for Research against Hatred and Bigotry for the 2022-2023 Academic Year
The Fellowship includes:
- Status of Research Fellow at the Hebrew University’s Minerva Center for Human Rights for the 2022-2023 academic year (October 2022 – September 2023)
- One-year scholarship in the amount of NIS 80,000
- Funding for participation in international conferences
Requirements:
- The Fellowship is open to researchers who received their Doctorate in any discipline related to human rights no earlier than October 2017, or who will submit their dissertation by May 2022
- The research plan must be related to the fight against hatred, bigotry and intolerance
- Commitment to complete an academic article or significant research project during the Fellowship year, and to present it at an academic forum organized by the Minerva Center, if so requested
- Presence of at least 3 days a week at the Minerva Center for Human Rights at the Hebrew University, and involvement in the Center’s ongoing academic activities, including assistance in organizing academic events
Application instructions:
- Applications should include:
o Research plan (up to 2 pp., 1.5 spaced) describing the topics the applicant intends to research during the Fellowship year, methodology and relevance to the fight against hatred, bigotry and intolerance
o Summary of the applicant’s doctoral thesis (up to 2 pp. 1.5 spaced)
o Curriculum vitae, including publications
o At least 2 recommendation letters (including one from the applicant’s doctoral supervisor)
