2023 Special Focus—Who Can We Trust? Ethical and Responsible Artificial Intelligence in Digital Communication Systems
Founded in 2015, the Communication & Media Studies Research Network offers an interdisciplinary forum for the discussion of the role of the media and communications in society. We seek to build an epistemic community where we can make linkages across disciplinary, geographic, and cultural boundaries.
The Eighth International Conference on Communication & Media Studies calls for research addressing the following annual themes and special focus:
We welcome the submission of proposals at any time of the year. All proposals will be reviewed within two to four weeks of submission. The dates below serve as a guideline for proposal submission based on our corresponding registration deadlines.
You do not need to commit to either an In-Person Blended or Online Only presentation format at the time of submission. You can present both ways if you register In-Person Blended or change your mode of the presentation if your preferences change.
