Simone Veil Fellowship
Project House Europe (PHE), Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, seeks to promote cutting-edge research from around the world on the history of Europe during the 20th and 21st centuries.
In honor of the French jurist, politician, president of the European Parliament and Holocaust survivor Simone Veil, Project House Europe has set up a fellowship program for postdoctoral and senior scholars. The program especially welcomes researchers working across disciplines and striving to contribute to the public dialogue on the challenges Europe faces today.
The fellowship program supports outstanding scholars working on the history of Europe’s inner (dis-)entanglements and its place in the world since 1918. For the winter term 2021/22, PHE particularly welcomes applicants working on a major project examining forms of trans- and international cooperation and their crises.
