Call for tender Fellowship 2023/24
The Alfried Krupp Wissenschaftskolleg Greifswald aims to appoint up to 6 Alfried Krupp Senior Fellows and up to 8 Alfried Krupp Junior Fellows during the academic year 2023/24.
The Alfried Krupp Wissenschaftskolleg Greifswald is an independent institute for advanced study situated in the center of the historic city of Greifswald on the shore of the Baltic Sea. The Kolleg was established by the Alfried Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach-Stiftung in cooperation with the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and the University of Greifswald in order to advance the excellence and the international research profile of the university.
Alfried Krupp Senior Fellowships will be awarded to out-standing senior scientists and scholars who are qualified by their achievements in research as well as in teaching.
Alfried Krupp Junior Fellowships will be awarded to highly promising younger post-doctoral scholars.
Through the Fellowship program of the Alfried Krupp Wissenschaftskolleg, senior and younger scholars are given the opportunity to concentrate on a major piece of research, free from teaching and administrative obligations of ordinary university life. Alfried Krupp Fellows are expected to co-operate with colleagues from the University of Greifswald.
Applications for the academic year 2023/24 will be sent to the Academic Director of the Kolleg Professor Dr. Ulla Bonas requested and will be accepted until August 31st, 2022. Applications can only be sent electronically in a single PDF document using the application form, which is only activated during the application period, on the website and should consist of the following documents:
