Palestine/Israel Review Launching Conference
Palestine/Israel Review is a new interdisciplinary peer-reviewed journal, published by Penn State University Press. The journal will publish scholarly studies related to Palestinian and Israeli societies and histories in all disciplines of the humanities and the social sciences. It aims at promoting relational and integrative studies that emphasize the full range of historical and contemporary social, cultural, economic, and political dynamics between the Arab and Jewish communities in Palestine/Israel from the 19th century until the present. For being considered for the first issue, please submit a full manuscript (6000 to 10000 words) no later than March 15, 2023. Authors of articles accepted for the first issue will be invited to a conference at State College, Pennsylvania on September 8-9, 2023. For one author per paper, the conference organizers will cover reasonable travel expenses, as well as lodging and meals during the conference.
