4 ROOM APARTMENT IN JERUSALEM, NAYOT (UTILITIES INCLUDED)

We are renting our home in the green and friendly area of Nayot in Jerusalem (80 sq.m. / 860 sq.ft.). The place is fully furnished, equipped with kitchenware, towels, linen and all appliances. You only need to bring your suitcases!

We are on the first floor of a two-floor building (no lift), about one floor higher than the street. Parking on the street is free. The Botanical Gardens, the Hartman Institute, a supermarket, a pharmacy, 2 playgrounds and several bus stops are within 5 minutes’ walk, and it is a 10-minute walk to The Hebrew University of Jerusalem Edmond J. Safra Campus (Givat Ram), the National Library, the Israel Museum and Rehavia (“Paola”) Elementary School.

The apartment is quiet and full of light, with a balcony in the front and a patio at the back. It has a living room with a small dining area, a full bathroom, two bedrooms and an office. The first and smaller bedroom has a queen bed and a wardrobe. The second and larger bedroom has a single bed with guest bed, a wardrobe and a desk with two chairs (suitable for a child or two). The office has a desk and a sofa that opens into a double bed. The patio is green and quiet, with an old wooden bench and a small barbecue grill (folding table and chairs can be taken out).

The major electric appliances were bought in the last couple of years: fridge, oven, gas stove, air conditioner in all four rooms, and a 50” smart TV (there is no dishwasher or dryer).

Rent is 9,500 NIS a month, including water, electricity and internet/Wi-Fi, municipal tax and building tax (providing hot water and central heating in the winter evenings, upkeep of public space, etc.). Cooking gas is not included. An electric water heater complements the solar heater in summer and the central system in winter; two movable electric radiators can be used for extra heating.

The apartment is available for 6 months, from 15 August 2018 to 14 February 2019.
