אנחנו מחפשים שותף או זוג לדירה בירושלים, בעקבות נסיעה לשבתון בחו”ל. הדירה משופצת כחדשה, מרוהטת ומאובזרת, ונמצאת בשכונת ניות המקסימה, מרחק הליכה מקמפוס גבעת רם והספריה הלאומית, עמק המצלבה (אזור טבע עירוני), הגן הבוטני ואזור המוזיאונים. סופרמרקט וסופרפארם מעבר לכביש, ומרכז מסחרי קטן מרחק של 5 דקות הליכה. קישור נוח באוטובוס להר הצופים ולמרכז העיר. בדירה 4.5 חדרים, והשותף/זוג יקבל/ו 2 חדרים וחדר שירותים נפרד עם אמבטיה. עוד בדירה סלון, מרפסת טובלת בירוק, מטבח מרווח ומודרני, מיזוג/חימום מרכזיים, ודוד שמש. התחלת השכירות ב-15.9.2018 (גמיש) וסיומה ב-15.8.2019.

We are looking for someone or a couple to share an apartment in Jerusalem due to a sabbatical year abroad. The flat is fully renovated, fully furnished and is situated in the charming Nayot neighborhood, walking distance from the Hebrew University Givat Ram Campus and the National Library, the Valley of the Monastery of the Cross (a pastoral urban nature area), the University Botanical Gardens and the museum area. A supermarket and drugstore are right across the street, and a small commercial center is a 5 minutes walk away. Convenient bus connections to Mt. Scopus and city center. The apartment is a 4.5 room apartment (i.e. living room and 3.5 bedrooms), and the share includes 2 of the bedrooms, including a separate WC/bath. The common areas include a spacious living room, a porch overlooking a garden and an open-plan modern kitchen. The apartment has central heat and A/C, and a solar water heater. Rent is from Sep. 15, 2018 (flexible) to Aug. 15, 2019.
