להגשת מועמדות לסדנה השנתית
לחוקרות וחוקרים צעירים להיסטוריה ותרבות גרמנית בישראל

אנו מזמינים תלמידים ותלמידות לתארים מתקדמים להציג את מחקריהם בסדנה השנתית לחוקרות וחוקרים צעירים להיסטוריה ותרבות גרמנית בישראל. מטרת הסדנה, המתקיימת זו השנה ה-14, היא לחזק את הקשרים בין העוסקים בתחום ההיסטוריה הגרמנית והיסטוריה של יהודי גרמניה בישראל, לעודד חילופי רעיונות וידע ולאפשר לחוקרים צעירים בתחום במה ידידותית להצגת מחקרם.
במסגרת הסדנה יציגו תלמידים לתארים מתקדמים את הפרויקט שלהם בקצרה (עד 20 דקות). כל הרצאה תלוּוה בתגובה של חוקר/ת בכיר/ה שיקבלו מבעוד מועד את ההרצאה בכתב, ולאחר מכן יתנהל דיון פתוח בין כל משתתפי הסדנה.
אף על פי שהסדנה מוקדשת להיסטוריה הגרמנית, מוזמנים גם חוקרות וחוקרים צעירים מהדיסציפלינות השונות מתחומי מדעי הרוח, מדעי החברה והאמנויות, שתחום המחקר שלהם קשור לתרבות הגרמנית, להגיש את מועמדותם.
הסדנה תתנהל בשפה העברית, ותתקיים ב-22 בינואר 2019 באוניברסיטת בר-אילן.
מוזמנים ומוזמנות להגיש מועמדות: מסטרנטים בשלבי סיום של כתיבת עבודת הגמר, דוקטורנטים ופוסט-דוקטורנטים שסיימו את הדוקטורט שלהם בשנתיים האחרונות. המעוניינים מתבקשים לשלוח תקציר (עד 250 מילים) של הפרויקט שבכוונתם להציג. יש לצרף תיאור קצר של הרקע האקדמי האישי והשלב בו נמצאת העבודה. את התקציר יש לשלוח לכתובת המצוינת מטה עד לתאריך 30 בנובמבר 2018. הודעה בדבר קבלה או דחייה של ההצעה תישלח לפונים במהלך חודש דצמבר. המועמדים שהצעתם תתקבל יתבקשו להגיש את ההרצאה במלואה עד 10 בינואר 2019 כדי שתישלח מראש למגיבים.

Call for Papers
The annual workshop for young scholars
of German history and culture in Israel
The aim of the annual workshop, which is going to be held for the 14th time, is to strengthen the familiarity of young scholars of German history and Jewish German History in Israel, to encourage the exchange of ideas and knowledge, and to initiate an ongoing dialogue concerning cutting-edge research.
During the workshop, research students will present their project briefly (up to 20 minutes). Each lecture will be followed by a response of a senior researcher, and concluded by an open discussion that will be held among all the participants.
Although the workshop is devoted to German history, we also invite young researchers from the various disciplines of the humanities, social sciences and the arts, whose field of study is related to German history, to submit a proposal.
The workshop will take place on January 22th, 2019 at Bar Ilan University.
The following students are invited to submit their paper proposal: Master students in the final stages of their thesis, doctoral students and post-doctoral students who have completed their doctorate in the last two years. Interested applicants are requested to submit a summary (up to 250 words) of the project they intend to present. A short description of their personal academic background, the stage of their work, and the level of their Hebrew (in terms of understanding and answering questions), should be attached.
Please note that the workshop generally takes place in Hebrew. Therefore, the number of presentations in English will be limited.
The abstract should be sent to ghws.2019@gmail.com no later than November 30th 2018. Notice of acceptance or rejection of their proposal will be sent to applicants during December 2018. Candidates whose proposal are accepted will be required to submit the full presentation by January 10, 2019, in order for it to be sent in advance to the respondent.
