PhD Fellowship in Interreligious Studies at the Faculty of Theology
The appointment is for a period of 3 years. All PhD Candidates who submit their doctoral dissertation for assessment within 3 years or 3 ½ years after the start of their PhD position, will be offered, respectively, a 12 or 6 month Completion Grant.
The research fellows must take part in the Faculty’s approved PhD program and is expected to complete the project within the set fellowship period.
The main purpose of the fellowship is research training leading to the successful completion of a PhD degree. The successful candidate is expected to join the existing research milieu or network and contribute to its development. Read more about the doctoral degree.
A research stay abroad during the employment period is expected, but relative to funding available.
