The Cornell Conference in Philosophy of Law
The first Cornell Conference in Philosophy of Law will be held in Ithaca, NY on May 15-17, 2020. The Conference is co-hosted by the Cornell Law School, the Sage School of Philosophy at Cornell, and the Program in Ethics & Public Life. We invite full paper submissions on topics of relevance to the philosophy of law, very broadly conceived, including law-related work in normative ethics, metaethics, epistemology, philosophy of language, and metaphysics. Review of submissions will be triple blind, conducted by members of the reviewing committee listed below. The deadline for paper submissions is December 31st, 2019. Final decisions about papers to be presented will be made by February 2020.
The conference will cover transportation and accommodation costs for those chosen to present their paper and session chairs. Some limited financial help might be available, but not guaranteed, for other participants if they cannot cover their travel expenses.
